  1. NLP is an extraordinary modality that can help us navigate our own map, and recognise that our map is not the territory.

You have a gift, using NLP and whole foods, and I look forward to seeing you share that with the world.

Thanks for getting me to dislike chips! – Haven’t eaten any in months!

      1. An update. 6 months later, I want you to know that I still haven’t eaten any chips, and I still feel no attachment, no energy towards them, no cravings, no secret desire. Thanks again, after a short session, you have changed everything, long term. Cheers, Richard

  4. “My first experience of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was with Stephen. A friendly familiar face I often ran into at our local café, I had noticed his calm presence, warm smile and ability to hold space in conversation. On this particular occasion, he came to chat to me and soon noticed that I was overwhelmed and sad. Tired after a kinesiology appointment, I felt raw and unresolved, scared as well, of how vulnerable I felt.
When Stephen first offered his help I was to decline however, I opened to allowing it and am so grateful that I did. I immediately felt a sense of calm, and as we talked my whirlwind slowly started to unwind.
The experience left me feeling light, inspired and more whole. The transformation was apparent and the old energy that had come up from the previous appointment felt more integrated.
NLP has really helped me come to terms with many facets of myself, and I am looking forward to my next appointment with Stephen, of which I would highly recommend.
If you are feeling stuck in your ways, have old habits that you wish to release or for whatever reason aren’t achieving your goals, Stephen is the guy to talk to. You can make the change .~ Elysia Orams-McLean – Singer/Songwriter and Traveller from New Zealand.”

Recently, I have decided to try NLP and I have done a one on one session with Stephen. I have a paralysing fear of flying since I’m a young adult and It has keeping me from traveling without that anxiety when I have to board a plane.I could not imaging ever get away from this fear as it is so strong when it happen and even flying regularly and reading statistics about aircraft safety doesn’t change a thing for me.
When I arrived for my NLP session, I was thinking that I would need an enormous amount of time before I could notice any change. But not at all, this has been quite a surprise for me. Stephen is very knowledgeable and willing to help. You feel comfortable talking to him about your fear and sharing your feelings. You feel like you can talk openly and he’s a great listener. His practice of NLP has been incredibly effective for me. We find the root of my fears and change the way I relate to it. I came to see him with this vivid fear in my mind. I left feeling completely relieved of this fear. I couldn’t even picture it, or remember what I feel when I have to travel. I have to say I’m a bit of a down to earth person, but I’m baffled with what happened. In a very positive way! I totally recommend anybody to try NLP with Stephen to deal with problems of fears, addictions, etc. It really worked for me.

    1. So glad that you have your wings back and you can fly stress free. The world has been opened up for you to travel once again. Send photos of those destinations.
      Stephen.

  6. A few weeks ago had an amazing surprise discovering how NLP can help me.

I’ve been terrified of flying for years and in only one session with Stephen, the fear has drastically diminished. I think it’s gone. I was then able to fly without feeling ANY fear the following week, and to fly back to Byron during this bad weather period after cyclone Debbie.
I’m pretty down to earth but I’ve been amazed at how well it worked on me so I’d like to recommend Stephen to anybody with fear issues. I hope it will work for you as well as it did for me!

    1. Nice to see you arrived back safely…..That was a good test for you, now you have the confidence to really fly!!!!
      Regards Stephen.

  7. Interested in targeting some behaviors that affect my relationships and life choices. I would need to know prices etc however before i consider nlp treatment. Thanks Erin
